 Return policy:

 Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. For a full refund, please return your gear in undamaged condition. Although a specific reason is not necessary for the return, any feedback that you can provide is extremely helpful in the quest to continually improve products.  GWC cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of the 30-day period.


PLEASE CONTACT GWC PRIOR TO MAKING A RETURN. Chances are very likely that many issues can be resolved without requring a return.


There is a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns. 

Since everyone has individual preferences, GWC will be happy to make adjustments to retention and contour at any time. These adjustments are typically performed the same day that the item is received. There is no fee or charge related to these adjustments. 


Shipping costs are not covered by GW Customs.



 You're free to cancel your order at any time. There is a 10% fee applied to all cancellations as inventory is not kept and all items are made to order.


If your holster becomes damaged or unusable for any reason at any time, GWC will perform the necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to you for the first year. After the first year see Service and Maintenance Program.


In regards to the above return conditions, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the gear to GWC, and GWC will cover the return shipping to the customer.
In the rare and unlikely event that you have received a piece of gear that is incorrect or defective out of the box, GWC will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the item in question.

Service and Maintenance Program:
A custom holster is an important investment and Kydex offers great longevity and durability. While GWC holsters are designed to be rugged, and hard use holsters, with some occasional factory service, GWC can keep them looking and functioning as brand new for many years. If, after months and years of hard use, your holster is starting to look a little worse for wear, you are welcome to send it in for servicing. 

Services include:


  • Removal of nicks, chips, and gouges from the edges and seams. 

  • Tightening or replacement of any eyelets that may have become loose, damaged, or show excessively worn finish.

  • Replacement of belt loops and fasteners.

  • Reset retention.

  • Complete cleaning and inspection for damage. 

 The fee for this service is $20, after the first year, to cover the materials cost and return shipping to the customer.   

 The policies regarding adjustment, service, and warranty are only available to the original owner. 


Custom orders placed by phone or e-mail will be subject to a $20 setup fee per order!
